- Erica has extensive experience in physiotherapy but has narrowed her caseload to help clients with:
- + Lymphoedema / swelling
- + Paediatric and adolescent conditions (including continence and bed wetting),
- + Women's health and continence, and
- + Animal Physiotherapy.
- Erica has a strong belief in professional development and promoting the Physiotherapy profession. She is the current chair of the Central West Physiotherapy Regional group of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. She is an advanced lymphoedema therapist accredited with the Australasian Lymphology Association.
- Erica grew up in Nashdale where she still lives. On weekends you will probably find her working on the family run Thornbrook Orchard or Hillside Harvest. She has served 31 years in the Australian Regular and Reserve Army, and is the Physiotherapist for the 'Warriors' - the Defence Force touch football club. Erica competes in triathlons and plays social soccer.

Chris joined Orange Family Physiotherapy after graduating from Charles Sturt University Orange, in 2017. Chris has additionally completed a Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy through La Trobe University. He is an APA titled musculoskeletal physiotherapist which recognises Chris as a highly qualified physiotherapist with expert knowledge and skills in his area of practice.Chris’ areas of expertise include musculoskeletal and sports injuries, managing persistent pain presentations, male pelvic floor physiotherapy, vestibular, temporomandibular joint complaints, and headache. Chris has extensive sport coverage experience in various sports from community through to national level, including the NRL, WWRL, NSW Hockey, Central West Rugby and NSW Country Rugby representative teams; however, his most prestigious role is with the mighty Orange City Lions Rugby Club! Logan Dolbel

Logan is a local to the Central West, growing up in Parkes and completing his Physiotherapy degree at Charles Sturt University in Orange. Since graduating he’s been helping people of all ages recover from injuries, manage pain, and get back to doing the things they love — whether that’s on the sporting field, at work, or around the home.Logan has a special interest in musculoskeletal and sports injuries, and takes a practical, exercise-based approach to rehab. He’s passionate about helping his patients move better and feel stronger with individualised treatment and clear goals.Logan is currently extending his knowledge and skills by completing his Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy through La Trobe University. He's completed further training through the Australian Physiotherapy Association in Sports Level 1, The Acute Sporting Knee, and Dry Needling.Outside the clinic, Logan enjoys spending time with his family and keeping active through endurance events. He’s completed several half marathons and Ironman 70.3 races, and recently did a great time in the Sydney Marathon. You might even see him running around the hockey fields on occasion.
Lauren Davis

Lauren graduated from Charles Sturt University (Orange) in 2025 and started with Orange Family Physiotherapy as a new Graduate. Prior to studying physiotherapy, Lauren worked as a high school PDHPE teacher for almost 20 years. She is excited to combine her expertise as an educator with her physiotherapy training to help people of all ages to live active and fulfilling lives. Lauren is interested in seeing clients with a wide range of presentations. Having completed University placement training in Paediatrics, she is eager to gain more experience in this area. Lauren is committed to ongoing post graduate training and has recently become SIRA Work Cover and Third Party accredited.Outside of work, Lauren loves running, hiking, fitness, spending time with her daughters and enjoying the local sites of Orange with her friends.
Marcie Gray

Marcie graduated from Charles Sturt University (Orange) in 2025 and joined Orange Family Physiotherapy as a new graduate physiotherapist. Marcie is commitment to delivering outstanding care and establishing herself as a trusted clinician.She is passionate about helping clients across the lifespan and, in her early career, is excited to gain experience in all areas of physiotherapy to develop a broad and versatile skill set. Marcie is dedicated to continuous professional development, regularly updating her skills and knowledge to ensure her clients receive the most effective, evidence-based care. Her collaborative nature and natural ability to build strong rapport with clients allow her to combine empathy with a patient-centred, evidence-based approach, helping people achieve their goals and return to the activities they love.Marcie has recently returned to Orange after living on a large farming property in northern NSW. She has a strong passion for rural communities and outside of work, she enjoys casual barbecues with friends and family, gardening-especially growing vegetables and pilates.
Nina Casey
Administration
Nina works as a full-time administration assistant. Nina has worked in administrative and reception roles across Local and State Governments and the welfare sector. Nina has lived in Orange for almost 20 years but is still not a fan of the lengthy, cold winter months. She has two grown children and, more recently, has spent time travelling around NSW supporting her youngest child at mountain bike races and events. Nina enjoys cooking and scrapbooking in her spare time.
Dana Chapman
Administration
Certificate III in Business Administration
Dana works Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays. She has over 10 years' experience in Administration having previously worked in paediatric specialists and medical facilities and has also worked extensively in pharmacy as a dispensary technician. Dana grew up in Cobar and Parkes and moved to Orange 25 years ago (nearly classed as a local now!) She loves spending time with her husband, travelling and going to concerts. She is a fur mum to Daisy the Jack Russell who she spoils rotten. She is a tragic Cronulla Sharks fan.
Sonia Dewar
Administration
Sonia has over 13 years experience in Administration having previously worked in Insurance, Hospitality and for the State Government. She has a Certificate III in Learning support and has worked as a Teacher's Aide.
Sonia grew up in Coolah and moved to Orange with her family after a stint living in Roxby Downs in SA. Sonia has now relocated to Brisbane but has stayed on as a team member working remotely two days a week.
Her interests revolve around supporting her children with their sporting endeavours, cooking, watching movies, dining out with her husband, and catching up with friends. Sonia also does calligraphy as a hobby.
As well as her children, Sonia is a Fur mum to a needy Dachshund called Wesley!
Paige Jupp
Therapy Assistant
Paige is studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Orange. Whilst she is studying she is working for us as a Therapy Assistant, seeing NDIS clients at home.
