- Erica has extensive experience in physiotherapy but has narrowed her caseload to help clients with:
- + Paediatric and adolescent conditions (including continence and bed wetting),
- + Women's health and continence,
- + Lymphoedema / swelling, and
- + Animal Physiotherapy.
- Erica has a strong belief in professional development and promoting the Physiotherapy profession. She is the current chair of the Central West Physiotherapy Regional group of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. She is an advanced lymphoedema therapist accredited with the Australasian Lymphology Association.
- Erica grew up in Nashdale where she still lives. On weekends you will probably find her working on the family run Thornbrook Orchard or Hillside Harvest. She has served 26 years in the Australian Regular and Reserve Army, and is the Physiotherapist for the 'Warriors' - the Defence Force touch football club. Erica competes in triathlons and plays social soccer.
Raelene Carman
Practice Manager
Raelene has a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance.
Raelene has over 20 years experience in the health sector including 15 years as an allied health assistant, and plastering in fracture clinic.
Raelene was born and raised in Orange, knows and loves the local area and chose to raise her own family here.

Chris joined Orange Family Physiotherapy after graduating from Charles Sturt University Orange, in 2017.
Chris’ areas of expertise include sports injuries, musculoskeletal pain, managing persistent pain presentations, and male pelvic floor physiotherapy. Chris is committed to staying up to date with clinical practice, he is currently studying his Masters of Physiotherapy Practice through La Trobe University. Chris has extensive sports coverage experience in various sports from community through to national level, including the NRL, NSW Hockey, Central West Rugby and NSW Country Rugby representative teams; however, his most prestigious role is with the mighty Orange City Lions Rugby Club!

Logan Dolbel

Logan graduated from Charles Sturt University (Orange) and is a local to the Central West region growing up in Parkes. He has a keen interest in musculoskeletal conditions, work and sports related injuries and exercise. He understands the impacts that injury can have on everyday activity, whether that be around the home, in the workplace or on the sporting field and is passionate about getting you back to the activities that you want to be doing as safely and efficiently as possible. Logan has completed his Sports Level 1 course with the Australian Physiotherapy Association.Prior to studying physiotherapy, Logan completed a Bachelor of Psychology through Charles Sturt University (Wagga Wagga) before transitioning into physiotherapy.Logan spends most of his extra time around the field hockey circuit, competing and volunteer coaching athletes of all ages and abilities. Logan competes in triathlon and has entered several long events this year!
Coen Atkinson

Coen graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2023 and has started his career as a Graduate at Orange Family Physiotherapy. Coen is passionate about working with all patients to help them achieve the best possible outcomes. Coen’s key interest areas include working with musculoskeletal injuries, pain management and helping runners. Prior to completing his degree Coen was in the Australian Army for 7 years. Coen has a special interest in working with veterans as he understands the challenges that come from and post service.Outside of work Coen enjoys spending time with his family. In his free time Coen is a passionate runner with a particular interest in trail and endurance events. He also enjoys adventure motorbike riding, cooking, and camping.
Chloe Tenhave
Physiotherapist

Chloe graduated from Charles Sturt University (Orange) in 2024 and started with Orange Family Physiotherapy as a new Graduate. Chloe is passionate about working with patients to return to their full capacity. Chloe is interested in musculoskeletal injuries, pain management and exercise. In addition to physiotherapy, Chloe has completed her training in clinical Pilates and is passionate about bringing those skills to the team.Outside of work, Chloe enjoys riding dirtbikes, water-skiing, 4WD and spending time with friends or family. Chloe also has a creative side, finding herself making different things just for fun.
Sonia Dewar
Administration
Sonia works Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays. She has over 13 years experience in Administration having previously worked in Insurance, Hospitality and for the State Government. She has a Certificate III in Learning support and has worked as a Teacher's Aide.
Sonia grew up in Coolah and moved to Orange with her family 15 years ago after a stint living in Roxby Downs in SA.
Her interests revolve around supporting her children with their sporting endeavours, cooking, watching movies, dining out with her husband, and catching up with friends. Sonia also does calligraphy as a hobby.
As well as her children, Sonia is a Fur mum to a needy Dachshund called Wesley!
Erin Pearce
Therapy Assistant
Erin is studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Orange. Whilst she is studying she is working for us as a Therapy Assistant. Erin loves meeting people and helping them complete their Physiotherapy program.
In her spare time Erin enjoys running and being outdoors.
